I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Tannas as my realtor, resulting in the purchase of my dream house! Bruce was very accommodating while we narrowed down our search to Okotoks. He set up and viewed houses in the surrounding areas of Carstairs, Cochrane, Crossfield, and eventually Okotoks, all to make sure that the right house, at the right price, in the right town was obtainable. This realtor really did go above and beyond, as most of the viewings were done by video link while I still lived in BC!
Bruce is dedicated, courteous, personable, and knows how ask the right questions to get the most accurate answers. I would highly recommend him to others. He is also a commercial realtor, and had very good advice for beginning steps in finding a business location, in addition to finding us a beautiful home.

Bruce was excellent to work with. He kept in contact with us regarding new listings, quick to respond to our inquiries and always available to show us listings and do walk throughs. We had a short window for closing and Bruce went out of his way to make sure that everything moved along smoothly, even talking to the lawyers directly while we were unavailable.
