They not only recommended a vacant lot that offered great passive solar energy but they also helped me to make adjustments to my plan so that my home included the majority of items off my wish list. We used Greener Homes for a basement renovation five years ago and decided to use them again for our upstairs reno. Contractors Dave and Arnie were great to deal with from the start and foreman Jason was in constant communication during the entire process. We had a nine-week timeline as we moved into an Airbnb during the project. Greener Homes had us back in our house in nine weeks which was important. We were very satisfied with the final result. There was some dust and debris in the basement which was a bit concerning but was rectified. All of the trades Greener used were also great to deal with. We would highly recommend Greener Homes.

We contacted Greener Homes with the idea of expanding our existing deck. When Dave came over and we started talking we quickly realized this was who we wanted to do this project with, he understood our vision and went with it. Within a few days the drawings were sent and the project got a start date. Dave and his crew showed up and got to work on the date scheduled and things started to get done. Dave worked so good with us, communicating all the way and always seeing things through, some things needed tweaked along the way but always great to work with. All the workers that came here were great to be around and always showed respect for the job they were here to do.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dave and Greener Homes we would highly recommend them for any projects that you want to do. Absolutely would and will use them again in the future. And we have the absolute best two level deck ever built!!

Dave , Bryce and his team were always great to work with in building our new home. He gently pushed when I needed to make decisions about the house to keep us in our time line. The work was always quality work and done on time. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work. This is not a "stick house", but one that is put together with quality and care. Dave was there every step of the way ensuring that his high standards were reflected throughout all of the trades work. We worked with Gayle at The Kitchen Centre for our cabinetry, who came up with wonderful suggestions and came up with an excellent solution to our only snag which turned out better than the original plan that we had. They ended up getting us into our home about 2 weeks ahead of schedule which was a nice bonus. There was never a compromise of quality of materials right down to the paint. There were just few little odds and ends that couldn't be done due to the weather that will have to wait until spring at which time he will finish up those as well. I would highly recommend Greener Homes in building your next home.
