The Drop team was great to work with. The sales process with Corey was smooth, we received photos and videos during construction and even watched live as they loaded our shrink wrapped Holo onto the delivery truck. Supply chain issues caused a couple of delays but that was out of their control and they were upfront about it. Delivery to our rural location by Chris went well. We did have some issues removing the straps after positioning on our cement pad and recommend this part of the logistics be discussed with the crane company ahead of time. We were missing a window screen on delivery that was eventually shipped to us once we connected with the right person. All in all are very pleased with the quality of our Holo and the company itself.

Corey and all of the folks on the Drop Structures Team were wonderful to work with and extremely communicative! Our Alpha Plus looks great and is a joy to be in. They were always on time, friendly to work with, and so helpful in figuring out the particular quirks of my site and needs. I would highly recommend working with Drop Structures and would do it again in the future myself!

I love the structure that I bought from them (HOLO), it is amazing, I am using it as my art studio, the size is good enough to set up a few tables and everything I need . And I also enjoy the loft to take a nap after a long day !

nice guys, garbage product.

I signed a purchase contract for a DuoPlus from Drop Structures in October, 2019 and wasn't delivered until July, 2020. Keep that in mind while reading this review - - it took 9 MONTHS to build this thing.

I honestly don't know where to start...

upon turning on the water to the unit, water came spraying out of the walls as the water supply lines for the laundry were cut open due to shoddy work. see attached photos.

the appliances weren't secured for the journey from Alberta to BC and were scattered throughout the unit.

upon actually using the washing machine, the laundry drain wasn't connected to the main drain and water was draining onto the subfloor. I failed my Occupancy Permit because of this.

Within the first day, the boards for the front deck were lifting off.

The kitchen faucet had no water flow and had to be taken apart and cleaned as there was packed sawdust in it.

The back of the unit was dented and red warning tape left around the whole of the unit.

Missing shower drain piece.

The skylight window in the bathroom was stained with white paint.

I have had to rehang the front door and the bedroom door as they no longer close and lock after minimal use.

There was no P-Trap installed and the unit was overwhelmed with a sewage smell.

The finishing cuts (see photos) look like the work of 8th grade shop class.

Multiple contract stipulations that weren't delivered on.

I could go on...but this isn't good for my blood pressure.

Clearly, not only did my unit not undergo any basic testing (or else Drop Structures, not the customer, would have noticed water spraying out of the walls) there was no care at all put into the build process. For over $130k, you would expect a bit more bang for your hard earned buck.

We received our office last week and we love it! Actually everyone who sees it loves it! We asked for a custom glass wall with an opening window in the Alpha and it is beautiful! I love the siding and the windows, doors and the gorgeous birch trim inside. The quality and craftsmanship is high quality both inside and out. Corey was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. I felt like a truly valued customer even though we purchased their smallest product. The only challenge we face with the Alpha is deciding who gets to claim it as their office!

Loving my Alpha! Corey was very responsive with getting me the info I needed to prep the site and get this installed on a short timeline. The installation, foundation anchoring and electrical+network hookups were a breeze. Overall excellent experience, and I'm loving my new space.

My only complaints with the design are that I wish it came with an exterior light by the front door,. It also would have been nice if the electric heater was preinstalled in the structure. (no star deduction - I understand this may be a pro for others as it gives you the option of mounting the heater wherever you want it)

Incredible experience working with Drop Structures! Clear communication through the entire process and the delivery was right on schedule. We had several unique challenges with our location, but they worked with us every step of the way. Our holo is better than we imagined and we're so glad we finally decided to do this!
