Don’t waste your time
With interviews with them. So unprofessional khushboo took my interview & told me will let
me know by the evening & I called her several times & sent an email but she didn’t even bother to let me know they going with someone else…..like if you don’t wanna hire people who came for interview let them know or atleast reply to them…..she was just ghosting me. It shows they don’t respect people’s time. Really pathetic service.

Our experience with ULS was fantastic. From the beginning stages of collaborating on the design, Mark was terrific at injecting his expertise in space, balance, materials and plants while making our own ideas come to life in a workable way. We wanted a custom bar, as the pre-fab ones we saw weren’t to our liking and Mark figured out a way to make it work with a beautiful concrete bar top. His suggestions for lighting made the whole design come to life and his understanding of various types of stonework really made the seating area of our patio “pop.”

We can’t say enough about the attention to detail during the process. Along the way suggestions were made to tweak the design, which we often agreed to – and are glad we did. No corners were cut – ever. We always felt like the crew were doing the job as though it was their own yard. One said, “This doesn’t feel like a job, I like doing this.” I’m sure part of that was due to the creative process that went into the project ahead of time.

We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. It’s a space we love to spend time and share with others – exactly what we were looking for.

Highly, highly recommend ULS. We felt taken care of every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we had other projects.

Very inconsiderate business practices like waiting until peak travel periods to block roads to move around items requiring heavy equipment to be moved. Great way alienate your neighbors as they try to go to work/home during rush hours.

We had Jesse and his team create our gorgeous landscaping as designed by Mark Janzen. It took a good 1.5 months to complete and the results are phenomenal. Even my neighbours told us how meticulous they were! They were extremely pleasant and friendly to work with. Would definitely recommend them for other residential gardens.

This company sadly “looks after” my neighbourhood - something all residents pay for with annual fees. The summer crew is inexperienced and do a very superficial, barely competent job. You consistently cause problems at my property line - ie. dumping snow from the pathway onto the sidewalk I just shovelled, instead of properly clearing it, blowing leaves against my fence so they are a foot high, improperly planting and maintaining shrubs/trees so they die, and this afternoon, hours before 2 days of rain arrive, you are watering the medians. What an absolute waste of our money! And dear owner, do not even bother replying or offering a coffee card to “take the edge off”. How rude! Just do a better job

I would highly recommend ULS for a residential landscaping job. Kelly is very personable and experienced and will work with you as the project goes on to ensure you are satisfied with the results. As with any landscaping project, there were some unforeseen issues; however, these were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

I can't speak for their landscaping abilities but their employee C. Lakie stopped, turned around and came to help 3 damsels in distress with a flat tire. He was genuinely concerned about our safety at the side of a busy highway and in no time, our tire was changed and we were on our way versus waiting another hour for road side assistance. We can't thank him enough!!

Ups planted 2 trees on our green on the Friday b4 the long weekend.I had to call to get them watered and they have not been watered for 4 days. Thank goodness
That nature brought us rain.The hole was dug, no H20 in the hole, no compost in the hole , the trunk of the tree is damaged . How can the city choose this company to plant trees , not take care of them and whoops! It died....
