I selected this company purely because I saw their van parked in my neighborhood and they had decent reviews. I was very pleased with their work and will now recommend them! They replaced my hot water tank and serviced my gas fireplace. I found their reception and information to be friendly and informative, payment to be easy, service individuals showed up at the time expected, and the service individuals were efficient, friendly, respectful of my property, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We had a major emergency leak at our investment property with water pouring through the roof. Bill’s Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the upstairs toilet, which had been improperly installed by the original contractor. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also inspected the other two bathrooms to ensure everything was properly installed and prevent future issues. The team was quick, polite, and incredibly easy to work with. Their prompt and professional service really put our minds at ease. Absolutely terrible. They did not fix our issue and take no responsibility for incomplete work. I tried talking to the manager several times to discuss a solution and I have been hung up on. Instead of solving the problem they threaten to put a lien on my property. I don't understand why anyone would use this company.

Came to do repairs on our bathroom in staff accommodation in Banff. Was storming around the house swearing and being excessively loud when there were people in their rooms trying to rest.

When we asked if any of the washrooms were available he rudely replied ‘go behind a tree’.

He then left without notifying anyone that the job was done, along with leaving a dirty towel with who knows what on it, in our shower.
