Super impressed with service received by Noah and Alex. They arrived eager to please and ready to work. They carefully listened to all my requests and queries. They were sensitive to my cat and the necessity for certain doors to stay closed. They offered me the ability to keep in communication with them when I had to leave the property. Noah and Alex were friendly and approachable. Very happy with the final product and hope to have this team back next year. I love taking pictures through my windows now- can’t even see that they are there! So clean!

Sorry to have to be the negative one, but want to warn naive first-timers who may book the "Whole Shabang" as it may not be what they expect.
The 2 technicians were very pleasant but I did not receive the service or results I had hoped for.
This is my first time hiring a professional company, as per all the rave reviews. $400 is a lot of money but it was a new home for me, so I wanted to have them sparkling like brand new.
I booked online, so never received a visual quote, and didn't really know what to expect.
When the girls left after ONE HOUR I looked closer and realized that although they removed all of my screens, none of the tracks/sills were wiped down and were left filthy in some places. I had thought this was part of the Whole Shabang, although these details were left out. I feel they should have asked me apon arrival if I wanted them to wipe the tracks down as well, to which I would have reacted with surprise, thinking it was already included. But I didn't realize until after they left.
I did call back, and they offered to come back and do them for another $98 which I didn't want to part with after the $400+ bill I had just paid. I felt the advertising and quote were misleading.
Some of my windows were good, but others were just "meh". I feel I could hire students for less per hour and who would take more pride in their work.
I got a call this week, offering me a discount of 15% if I were to book them for 2025.
I would have expected a bigger discount to try to make me happy, but I guess they have enough thrilled customers to make up for my lack of enthusiasm.
Elite didn't live up to it's name for this customer.

Beyond awesome job for apartment window cleaning. Extremely polite and efficient. Windows over 40 yrs old and look almost brand new. Quote was exactly what I expected for 2 hrs of hard work. The vinyl siding on my house was stained badly due to the wildfires from last year. As we have hired Elite in the past for our windows we thought that maybe they could help us with this vinyl mess. Well, the team of Hannah, Bailee, and Cassie brought our siding back to look brand new!! Just a great job!! Elite Windows staff, both on the phone and in-person at our house, were highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They communicated clearly, reminding us of the dates and ensuring that we knew when they were coming on the morning. Their estimate was accurate for pricing.
