We hired Tribond to find tenants for two units we had and we couldn’t be happier. They communicated very well and found us great tenants in a reasonable amount of time. We used Dan and his team to find a tenant for our house and then they managed the property for a year while we lived outside of Kingston. I found Dan to be very professional and honest. He quickly found us a tenant and handled all of the paperwork very efficiently. His team was responsive to my tenant’s requests for service. The bookkeeping on his side was meticulous and we were always paid our disbursements in a timely fashion. I would recommend Dan and his team at Tribond . While we were away, I didn’t have any concerns about our property.

I’ve had a great experience with Tribond Property Management. They’re professional, quick to respond and take care of everything smoothly. The Tribond team were professional from start to end! They arrived on time, listened to our needs and created plans and designs to ensure we were getting what we wanted. They communicated during the build and Reno process and had frequent check-ins to ensure we were pleased. The team was great about caring for our home by using walk-mats and cleaning up after any work. They created spaces that were better than our vision and we would highly recommend Dan and his team. We are so pleased with the finish product that we are already planning our next room makeover. If you are considering renovations or a makeover, give Dan and his team a call. They will not disappoint!

Dan is a great salesman for their services. The repair crew are vastly UNskilled and overpriced with a $30 gas charge for a 5 minute drive, plus the hourly fee of $55+!
Who needs 4 coats of mud on new drywall? They upset tenants and me.
Their utility bills bookkeeping was also a nightmare to track.
After 6 months they quit (when I didn't want to use their maintenance staff for a job) as Tribond quoted double the price it was done for!
So much for the great reviews I read here... Negative star if possible.

Dan and his team at Tribond have looked after our house on four occasions over the past two years. Each time we arrived back from a long trip to find everything in perfect order. In addition, the team handled special requests quickly and efficiently. In summary, we have been very pleased with the services provided by Tribond, and we intend to continue to call Dan the next time we plan to be away from our home for an extended period.

I am so grateful for how well cared for and supported we feel as new Tribond tenants. Patsy has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to ensure our comfort as a family from the day we met. She has always responded quickly and worked immediately to resolve any issues with our property. We feel so blessed to have her looking after us! And we love our home!
