I have rented their tandem tilt deck and ramp trailers several times along with post hole augers etc. Have always had a good experience with them, I much prefer using local over a big multi branch rental house. Friendly, knowledgeable guys.

I called the day before picking up a drain snake machine to see if it was available. Answer was yes and I said I would come in very next morning to pick it up. Yes they did have one in the tool area but, it was missing a part for the tip of the snake. I told them I was told yesterday it was ready for pick up. I got an excuse that it was some other employee. Wasted 2 hours for nothing. Never again.

I use Oliver rental centre for all my equipment and U-HAUL needs in Oliver. They give great advice on what equipment I should rent for each project. Their prices are the best, their staff is friendly, and they always get the equipment to my site on time, even with short notice. Nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks for all the great service guys!

Yesterday my dad rented scaffolding from here and to be delivered by 5 pm. He is there waiting serveral hours before and after, no call and no one came. Today he went in and the guy claims he drove up and down the street and called. My dad then has to pay 100.00 from the same guy who owns the U-haul rental out the same place to have it delivered. What a rip off artist, I honestly say I am less then please with Oliver Rental Centre in terms of their lack of accountability toward their customers. While my dad was in there 2 different people came in with credit card related complaints that were the fault of the rental center. What really gets me is that they didnt even offer to have it delivered again.

Refused to pay for vehicle and property damage after there compressor leaked oil and there hokey hitch broke. nearly caused an accident after bolt on hitch broke, blamed me. hitch was bent ,machine leaked on new concrete refused any kind of compensation. I have a very mad customer with a oil puddle on his week old concrete .safety chains very worn down.
