The value of the Arch team's time was tremendous, even after our team's call internally we all reached the same conclusion. Their team is very professional but still makes our calls fun and educational.

I feel it's very important to engage a very capable outside firm (Arch!), regardless of our internal capabilities, to provide a second outside-of-the-box opinion.

The Arch team easily fact-checked what our team thought in an unbiased manner. While cost and schedule were considerations through the conversation it wasn't a driving factor in the realities of the topics discussed, which is a nice break, sometimes we can't check all the boxes but that doesn't mean that it isn't the best idea.
