Out of curiosity I read the one Star review, who would give Armor one Star? I have been in business over 50 years, I have done business with Armor over forty years, starting when Ed Fosen was the Principal, doing a job approximately every 4 years. The work they have done for me has always satisfactory and whatever deficiencies there were, were fixed, timely and properly, and I am a demanding individual to work for.

I would hazard a guess that if Kent was rude to the Anonymous Reviewer, then he had it coming, I laughed and first wondered if it happened and then what the reviewer could possibly have done to piss Kent off that much!

I still rely on Armor's knowledge and appreciate their input.They are doing a project for me again this summer. Even in these trying economic times in Brooks, I did not go out to anyone else for a quote. Also they provided another approach to my renovation which saved me money and time, I reviewed their quote and gave the go ahead, a nice simple way of doing business.

BEWARE, HORRIBLE CRAFTMANSHIP, COMPANY & OWNERSHIP. They were hired as subcontractors by Construct Shield in Alberta BC, to do the Trusscore install, cutouts, Epoxy flooring and steel-stud framing. They over-drew on the draw schedule so they were always being paid more then they had actually completed, not leaving the customer with much of a hold-back. Their installer(s) did not get along with any of the other trades, nor did they take written or verbal onsite instructions, causing further delays and much of their install/work needing to be redone. While also leaving an exhaustive list of deficiencies that cannot even be fixed; both structurally and esthetically. They have caused SIGNIFICANT project delays, and we are now suing them for loss of revenue and having to bring other trades in to fix whatever is possible from the deficiencies. Kent Chudleigh the owner is rude, and will not work with you to remedy any situation, even though they claim they will; They give you the run around and have an EXCUSE for everything. STAY FAR FAR AWAY, THEY WILL COST YOU MILLIONS!
