Terrible service. Didn’t even do the job they said they were going to. Well called them specifically because they had done another unit in our development. Guy gets here refuses to do it because the access is under the house. We spoke to the receptionist yesterday she said as long as they could fit under the house they would do it. I stay home from work today for the guy to do it and he refuses to do mine and my neighbours. Extremely rude and horrible service

— your company had already serviced a home in the development as stated that is why we called you. Also as stated above the receptionist said “as long as he can fit under it, it should be fine”. We called another company they were here with in fifteen minutes and did it no problem.

I have used Aspen Landscaping for years, after the previous owners recommended them to me. They perform my annual fall irrigation blow-out, along with irrigation system maintenance/repairs. They have always delivered prompt, professional service! Just this morning, I discovered the neighbor had damaged some irrigation lines during their extensive tree removal. I called Hadi and within hours, he was on site repairing all the damaged lines so the cedars could get the water they so desperately needed. Hadi called me from my property to give me an update regarding the work he had done. As I wasn't there to see what was going on, I truly appreciated the detailed communication. I would highly recommend this company! Their customer service is top notch and their prices are very reasonable!

I have a vacation property near Kelowna and I use Aspen to maintain it when I’m not there. The staff have always been friendly and the quoting process was smooth. They actually showed up as scheduled and George was transparent and thorough. What I love most about this company is that they communicate well. Since I’m mostly absent I need someone who’s going to actually respond to me and these guys are quick to do so.

I was in need of some help with my irrigation set up this year. I searched and found Aspen Landscaping. I called after hours to book an appointment. Hadi came immediately to my residence and went through the meter controller and resent the system. He also made a quick repair to one of my rotators. I was so impressed with he quick attendance and work that I mentioned him to a neighbor who need help. Again Hadi was there to the rescue. What a pleasure to have Hadi and Aspen Landscaping doing my irrigation now and going forward.

These guys were great. Fixed up all 40 of my sprinkler heads which had been installed incorrectly last year by someone else. Extended my sprinkler system into a 2nd zone without asking me to make a 2nd appt because I had not initially requested this, arrived on time exactly, were really polite and hard working... I could not have asked for more. I had asked them to blow out my sprinkler last year - the first year I had had the sprinklers for my 30 new cedars and rose bushes, having found them on Chrome and having chosen them because they were local. They were good then too - fast and reasonably-priced. I decided then to ask them back this spring and boy am I ever glad I did.

We love Haddy and Aspen.
They have always been amazing. Haddy pulled snakes out of our pond pump twice, free!
They did an amazing job on the pond and yard, no matter what we needed. This spring we were unable to hire him, and boy am I sorry! You don't realize how much difference it makes till you try to do it alone!

Their website says "residential and commercial" but after I described my residential job, the person who answered the phone said they only do commercial. The person I spoke with was pretty surly and unprofessional, so I'm guessing that attitude carries over into their work. Should've heeded the existing one-star review and moved right on without calling. :/

Haddy and his crew were amazing! Excellent job building my retaining wall. Could not be any happier with their expertise, hard work and finished ahead of schedule.
