The management company that watches over this building is really unprofessional. I reached out and asked to do a viewing for both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. They booked me in. I found out a few days before the viewing that the 2 bedroom was no longer available, so Charlene offered to show me a 2 bed at a different building. I was irritated that nobody reached out to let me know about the change, and Charlene just told me I should've checked the website. What website? I did all of this over the telephone...
Then, Charlene sends me the videos for the available apartments one day earlier than expected. Which wasn't a huge deal, but I found it further added to their lack of organization. She either didn't show me the proper apartments, or the units looked NOTHING like in the photos I saw online. I figured I could just ignore this and get over it, but then Charlene let me know that they not only charge a first time pet fee, but they also charge monthly pet fees. Oh...great...ok... What next?
The cherry ontop? These units weren't available until May and April 5th...When i called in and booked, I specified that I needed something for April 1st or sooner...
The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and confusing due to a major lack of direct communication. I wouldn't recommend this management company....
