When they did the initial walk through before I moved, they showed me every room except one, and told me I would get my keys a week early to make my move easier. I barely got my keys before the moving day, and then as an added stipulation the day before my moving day they told me I'd need to be completely out of the old apartment by Monday, I mentioned that I wouldn't have time to clean if I did that, and they told me I could have them clean it for $150. When I move into the new place the only room I wasn't able to see was CRAWLING with bugs. Covered with them. When I called the coordinator she told me it was fine as they were June bugs and therefore not a pest. Then told me she was going on vacation till Tuesday and would see if she could do something then. She never contacted me about it again, instead, the next time she contacted me was to let me know that my electrical was not set up properly, and she would need me to call the company and get a confirmation # for corporate office. The reason she needed it, and the purpose of the # was never made clear to me. Once I waited on the phone for about an hour, I was informed that # hadn't been generated yet, which was standard, and that the company would be provided the # once my first bill was sent to me. The next time I was contacted was about them failing to transfer my banking information. To the new apartment properly, demanding that I pay my rent, plus a $350 cleaning fee for my last apartment. ($200 higher than agreed, despite the numerous complications, lies, and issues we've already ran into) I refused the additional charge, payed my rent plus the $150 cleaning fee as agreed, and have recieved multiple messages from multiple #'s telling me I'm required to pay this additional, hidden fee. All in all not the most pleasant experience.
