Their service and personnel are amazing! The quality of the end product is pristine! They also go above and beyond to make you feel happy, especially after any disastrous events that may have taken place. I would give them 10 stars out of 5!

I would not recommend this company at all. If the insurance company picked these guys get another one If you have no choice walk with them to get the reading of moisture because they cut walls or take them down when not needed. Demand to see the progress on the invoice and keep track of the hours on the people working. They will add $2000, for nothing, they call it contractors fee. Don’t tell them you are doing the repairs because they take almost all of the coverage. I only had two small room approx. 200 sq. Ft.they cut up the walls 2 ft and removed the floor which was only locked wood tiles and they charged us $16,000 our max was $20,000So be aware, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Don’t recommend if you want ur job done in a timely manner or want communication with them, 2.5 months for a bathroom repair and still was no where near being done, there would be weeks where no one was working meanwhile we are displaced!

I am so incredibly grateful for On Side and more importantly Morgan out of the Grande Prairie office! I had a different company come in to assess damage to my basement after we discovered a leak and I was so defeated and disappointed with what they had to say and honestly their lack of effort. Morgan came in and was so thorough and really cared about the well-being of my family and making sure everything was fixed and cleaned properly so I wouldn’t have more issues down the line. She made the process feel less stressful, I’ll be recommending her to anyone and everyone I know when these services are needed.

Had our basement flooded few months ago! Me and my husband were very worried about the hustle of getting it all fixed and sorted out! We dont have any idea on how things will go! Our insurance gave us options to pick our own contractor or with onside restoration. It was a doubting choice to choose the onside restoration as we don’t really know how things will go! These people prove us wrong! Staff are very professional and easy to deal with! You feel safe with them! They make you feel well informed every single aspect of their job. Thank you for doing an awesome job! Great thanks to Morgan, Jay, Keith and the staff!
