This is hands down the worst builder. I purchased a property 5 years ago from them and the roof has been leaking, the drain from the washing machine room leaks directly into the furnace room. They haven't fixed anything. Will be filing a lawsuit once I gather the time. If you also have building issues with your property please let me know! would love to garner support on anyone else willing to participate in a lawsuit against this builder. my email is aly.a.saleh [at] ieee.org

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We were brushed off even though there was water dripping from our light switches in the townhome and were told it was fine that our breaker was tripping due to the water. Our fire alarm went off for an hour straight and we were told it was due to moisture setting it off.

Once you are no longer their client they are terrible to deal with. Legally they have 7-10 business days to reimburse your damage deposit however it is now 12 days with no answers. Their phone number is not even in service at this point. Very unprofessional to deal with.

Very good company. I framed a 4 Story building for them, they build beyond code. Strong design . Solid floor structure, roof as well.
Too bad Winnipeg is known for its rivers. unstable ground.
Over all they know bad work when they see it and bring it up to attention on the spot. (And I'm not talking about my work either)

Do you want to live in a home that doesn't meet "code" in Saskatchewan? well look no further! not only do these folks remove pieces from very important elements of your house AND install things incorrectly and once your place is damaged by their negligence they will not help you fix their mistakes. It makes sense there are so many lawsuits open for this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We purchased prebuild and were to pay 9500 for an additional parking spot, recently we came to notice we've been paying rental fees in our condo fees for our second stall. Turns out the property management has no evidence of our purchased property, and it is in none of our documents from the sale. The only documents we were given was our copies of cheques that say "for parking stall". No one will answer the phones, the realtors have nothing to do with it, were at a complete loss without proof of purchase for the additional spot.

I lived there for a year. Managment was very disorganized and very poor customer service. The electric furnace made the power bills excessively high. Rent is very expensive for low end finishes. I also had concerns with unauthorized entry by the maintenance staff that was not resolved.

Be careful with what you buy! Make sure to inspect your concrete because they don't fix definciencies and say it is normal. While your garage or anywhere else that you would have concrete starts chipping away a month after you move in. Also they will say that having a large puddle of water is normal. They just wash their hands and don't do anything about it.

I lived in 5200 Parliament and the electricity bill was $300/month on average in winter - couldn't even put feet on floor in living room it was so poorly built and floors were so cold. Apartment had many flaws and terribly built. Don't move into these if you want any type of quality!
