Danson Custom Homes was absolutely the best company that we could have chosen for our Full Basement Development!! Throughout the entire process, Cody was very involved in making sure that every detail was considered and done properly. Our project was perfectly coordinated, very tidy, and of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We had many trades in and out, but our house was always treated as a home and we are very grateful for that.

Cody was very often at our home to oversee the delivery of materials, confirm measurements, and make double checks before the next stage started. The building process was very smooth, and we were able to finish within our timeframe considering a custom order cabinet.

True to their word, everyone at Danson Custom Homes prides themselves on their high quality of work. We couldn’t be more happy or impressed with how our basement turned out! Thank you so much to the entire team at Danson Custom Homes!

My husband and I recently built our dream home with Danson Custom Homes. Throughout the entire build we were continually amazed at how seamless the process was. The builder and his team maintained constant communication with us and kept us up to date on everything going on. We visited the house many, many times and the builder was there quite often. When he wasn’t there, numerous different trades had told us how great of a builder they are and that they take a lot of pride in their work.

We had a tight budget that we needed to adhere to in order to make our dream home happen. The builder continually worked with us to ensure we were within that budget, but able to get everything we wanted.

You can tell this is a family run business and that they genuinely care about their clients. The owner was often working on the house, which is something you wouldn’t see with a big name builder. In our welcome gift, they even included something for our toddler and our dog. That meant a lot to us.

We will happily refer any of our friends and family to Danson Custom Homes for renovations or home builds. Anyone who is contemplating Danson Custom Homes for a build or renovation, please feel to reach out. We would gladly welcome you to our home to see the quality of their work.

I have been fortunate to have been the cabinet designer on a large new home in rural Alberta built by Danson Custom Homes. The home is stunning and the collaboration with DCH was wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We worked together on the details to ensure construction and cabinetry were cohesive. My wife and I built our forever home with Danson Homes and we definitely couldn’t be happier. We moved in a couple months ago and his attention to detail is second to none. I visited the property probably too often during the build and made an effort to speak to as many trades as I could and I have never heard “great choice of builder, he builds quality houses” so many times.

He made the process smooth and seamless and we were impressed through the entire build. Heather (his designer) was incredible and so easy to work with.

There were times where I didn’t agree with something and he was attentive and always went with what we would like as he said from the beginning that it was our house and he wanted to build what we wanted.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about Danson and no problem whatsoever with recommending Danson Homes to everybody I can.

All in all, couldn’t of asked for a better builder.

He completely wasted our time, hit us while we were down, and made empty promise after empty promise to build us our dream house.
Based on our experience of building a home with a “friend” of a “friend”, it was an absolute nightmare.
I would not recommend using this company.
