I called for a quote and had someone show up the next day to walk through it with me. Radek gave me ideas and solutions to problems that I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. They mobilized in a week and had the work done in a timely manner. The end product is everything I hoped it would be, the extras were done without hesitation and fairly priced. Not sure what else could be asked for.

Lori and the gang at Focal Point are awesome. They, initially, did our initial landscape design 15 years ago. And were back last year to catch up maintenance and give us advice on future growth. The staff is very friendly and on time, they got the job done in a timely manner and left our yard clean and beautiful.
Radek came over and quoted for a replacement retaining wall and noted a couple other areas that needed addressing. He explained the options and the pro's and con's of each.
Very thorough. We highly recommend any of their services.

Lori, Amanda, and the Focal Point staff are punctual, friendly, thorough, and professional. Our yard always looks amazing. They take care of the back-breaking labour and they do it in all sorts of weather with a smile. Plus, they always take time for our dog (bonus points).

Price ≠ quality. Did not meet my expectations. Poor quality and unprofessional follow up to address my concerns. I was looking for a showcase garden to sell my home, and for the price I should have gotten one. Instead I have puny annuals, weeds left behind, and dead transplants.
