I moved into this building a couple of months ago, and my experience has been exceptional. Winnie, the building manager, has been incredibly professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the apartment viewing to the leasing process, she made everything so smooth and clear, which made the transition much easier.

The management team is excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick to address any issues that arise. Communication is top-notch, and responses are always fast and efficient.

The apartment itself is beautiful, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a gym, laundry facilities, and underground parking. The building is always clean, and the location is perfect. It's within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and even the Registry Office.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Lived here for nearly a year now. Location is great, lots of things within walking distance so you don't need a car for day to day stuff.

Management is excellent, any issues are addressed quickly and the people are friendly and professional. Janita was very helpful with some inquiries about rent, and Winnie and Brian were great throughout the leasing and moving process.

A great, well maintained building to live in. Close to so many services and stores so a great place to live if you don't have a car too.

The building managers Brian, Winnie and Janita work from the building during the week and do a great job addressing any concerns quickly and are very friendly.

I moved in here almost three months now. The location is good. The building is nice safe and clean. The manager Winnie and Brian are the best managers I ever seen. They are always so helpful and quickly respond and solve my problems. I really appreciate their help and enjoy the life here.

The building is clean, well managed and in an amazing location. Tucked away at a quiet part of downtown, yet close enough to everything. Winnie was super helpful to my fiancée and i with the leasing process. Easy decision to renew our lease for another year!
