Before we started our project, we met with 8 reputable contractors and decided to work with Todd as he was genuine, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a down right good guy as were his crews. They were there every step of the way as our renovation turned into virtually a new build and were very accommodating as our needs changed throughout the project. Doing major renovations with two young kids at home was not idea, but all team members of Sage Ventures was beyond helpful.
