Obviously below my all expectations, my Realtor recommended for ROHIT Builder and with me the customer service and home experience really bad as I was first time home buyer and I bought new house from Rohit. Not recommend at all to my relatives, neighbours and friends because no one listened my issue and if they listen they said it’s not in our hands.

The situation was, I bought new house and after a year, I had 1 year warranty inspection. To the inspection person everything I described about the defects that Me and my wife noticed for our new house. One of the big defect is about the Stairs wall which has some internal issue as per my ticket raise in their email. First they said we will fix it. Yes, guy came in to fix the wall and the dry wall came and he did very bad work. I follow up again with Rohit and ask for help as my wall condition got worse by the dry wall guy. I used to call ROHIT daily twice a day to get response for this but I didn’t get any help. After some days, finally my call got picked up and they said dry wall guy will contact you back and we will not do the paint for your wall as it doesn’t come in our policy, which was fine for me and I said I will get done the paint from outside. At least fix my wall.but in actual I didn’t get any response back. So stressful for me and my wife as we didn’t get any reply from Rohit and we decided to get our wall done from outside company. We spent 1000$ as the dry wall guy sent by Rohit made our wall worse. We bought new house so that we don’t get in trouble like this. But in actual we got stuck and spent 1000$ on new house because of Company’s lackness communication.

I know ROHIT is big company and known as good builder. But in actual my experience was really bad as I didn’t get good service from them as FTHB. I am going to attach some pictures of my emails that I followed up with them and I didn’t get response from them. I don’t want to write down the review as I ignore it but today after 4 months I got email and they said the picture you are sending us for wall, that’s not our dry wall guy work, like seriously why I will send you the photos in email.? Totally disappointing and not recommended any. I am uploading my review so that everyone think 10 times before buying house from Rohit.
