I can't recommend Laura enough. She was able to take us on with no notice (we met her and made an offer within hours) and worked tirelessly to help us (and the seller) navigate the purchase without any headaches whatsoever, despite a three-month close window and a few last minute surprises. She has remarkable local expertise and was able to advise on a wide variety of topics including legal, local regulations, renovations and decor, and rental demand / dynamics.
