I was introduced to Koch body shop quite a few years ago by referral from a friend after someone did a hit and run on my vehicle. I was unaware that I could choose my body shop, so I thought I would give them a try. I drove from the Edmonton area to get the work done on my Toyota Corolla (and later Toyota Rav4, and my daughters Toyota Echo). I was so completely impressed I have returned a few times for body work, as well I have sent my Daughter. She had minimal insurance, but they went above and beyond to help her stay within her budget. I had more than a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door, to when my vehicles were returned to me with a seamless and flawless fix! You would never known it was in a crunch! Even better it was returned spotless! It clearly shows that this is a good company to do business just by how happy the staff seems to be! I will continue to bring my business to Koch no matter how big or small the job is! I don’t think the incredible customer service at Koch can be beat.

Came in today with a chipped window on my car this afternoon. Took it in expecting a wait and they just asked for my keys and I sat down. I talked to a very sweet lady there for 15 minutes about our mustangs and they I asked how much and she said don't worry about it. Best service I've had in a long time! Recommended too anyone 10/10

Koch ford service people just try hard & really care. This is my second time in Athabasca where I needed service fast. Both times I have been hauling horses with commitments back at home. Both times the people at Koch ford have helped me get back on the road. I was able to leave my vehicle with them both times & somehow they squeezed it in. I know I have not experienced this sort of down home care in Red Deer. Thank you all at Koch, you really are a cut above! Never happy about breakdowns & cost but the service sure took the sting out of it, harder to find good service nowadays, found it twice at Koch.

Love doing business at Koch Ford in Athabasca, the service department is awesome and they always do everything reasonable to accommodate you. The fact that they have courtesy vehicles makes leaving your vehicle with them even that much easier!

Very pleased my vehicle was repaired it looks great they're very easy to work with and when a issue arises they do their best to solve it right away. I would recommend them for any auto body repair.

Had high hopes, I had an excellent salesman (Matt) he did as much as he could on his part but things that were decided by service department each issue/solution pushed my hopes further away till I was disgusted.
And yes, I do realize maybe it’s just me.
Lots of negative comments as well as good ones, best advice would be to go in and have a chat with a few members of the staff and get a feel, fake-ish or legit-ish?
