TerraBurst came to our rescue today during an incredibly hard reality. We had a water issue. The City did the testing and then informed us that the pipe running between the city valve and our house was leaking. Our water was shut off and we were told to hire a company to fix it.
We called and emailed 2 companies and TerraBurst responded, the other company has still not contacted us even though we emailed and left a voicemail message for them. TerraBurst were super busy but they made time. The guys, Josh, Will and Kayden were an amazing team.
They were polite, and patient, as we anxiously asked many questions. They were knowledgeable and efficient as they worked hard to correct our situation. They were also very careful as they worked in the house, even though they had to break up cement in the basement, they left no dust and dirt, completely left it neat and clean.
We are so grateful to this crew for their detailed and excellent work. We would definitely recommend this company. They know what they are doing, and they do it very well.

We experienced a water service leak on the property line to our home. The City of Calgary explained we are responsible to repair it. After some research, we chose TerraBurst and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The crew was exceptional—professional, attentive, hardworking, and informative. They took great care with every detail and made sure our property was clean from debris at the end of their long day. They are the best of the best!

A few days ago, TerraBurst was able to come by our house to fix our leaky water main pipe. They were very friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions in regards to how the double pull repair was going to be done and the potential risks that may occur (even though its a low chance of it occurring). They worked really fast and their teamwork was very coordinated. We apprecitate you and the crew's hard work, especially during the winter time! Keep up the fantastic work!

GREAT to have Terraburst handle the repair of my 1923 sewer pipe. Management team talked me through their proposed solutions and scheduling, including securing the permission to repair the city portion of the work to be done. Wow. Great customer experience! After repeated problems with sewer line backups due to root intrusion into the joints between clay pipe segments, we finally had to find a more lasting solution. Reviewing a number of quotes and company reviews, we settled on a Cured In Place Pipe liner (CIPP) from TerraBurst. Absolutely no regrets. The crew completed the work within a day and left without a trace (no mess). I highly recommend TerraBurst.

The City of Calgary discovered a water service leak on my property last month. I contacted TerraBurst and asked for an estimation. Priya responded me quickly. Once I said to go ahead the project, their crew came to my house to start the work on the next day. The crew (Kayden and Will) was polite, friendly and professional. With their help, I could have the water supply back on the same day. I am happy that I have picked the right contractor. I would highly recommend TerraBurst.

After the city shut off our water, we phoned around for quotes and time frame to complete the work. TerraBurst was very informative of the procedure and was able to get to our job quite quickly. The crew was extremely professional and did the work with no surprise costs. I could not be happier with them as our choice of contractor.
