Good morning Steven,
It was unanimously decided by the board and the majority of owners to opt for self-management in December of last year. It was agreed that your contract with us would finish at the end of January rather than the end of February. Thank you for your service.
I feel the same way now that you are not our property manager. You are right, you have nothing to do with us. I also believe, that because you have nothing to do with us anymore, that Elizabeth Hercina's reference to me in her review of you, has nothing to do with me, and needs to be removed.
Maybe you can talk some sense into her. I have asked her multiple times to remove my name from your review, but as you can see she seems to have a personal vendetta of her own. If you can get her to remove my name from her comments, I will remove my review of you...and the whole thing will go away.
Elizabeth needs to remove my name from her review of you. As you said, I have nothing to do with you. Let's keep it that way shall we.
I have only ever wanted a sense of community for our condo owners, and I will continue to strive for that. By the way, self-management is going well, much better than with you as our property manager. I also want to add that while you were managing our condos, you were the most condescending individual that I had ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Others would do well to steer clear of you and your intimidation tactics. Chill and take a pill. What goes around, comes around.

I have been a homeowner for the last 14 years where Steven has been the property manager and involved with our condo association, I only have great things to say about how he ran our property over the years and his knowledge in sourcing the best prices for things like insurance and landscaping etc was very valuable to our villas. I would highly recommend him and Red Key Realty.

As the Board of the Condo where Mr. Irons resides, we would like to unanimously support Steven, and his conduct as Property Manager of this complex.
Steven has been nothing but professional and helpful in his dealings with this Board.
The rantings of one owner with a personal vendetta does not change our opinion that any Condo Corporation would be fortunate to have him as Property Manager.
