Last year I weeded my lawn thoroughly and then I hired Crystal to dethatch and overseed my lawn using new soil. After it was done and I went out to water, I noticed tons of small rocks and debris. She was good enough to come back and rake, then added more seed but after diligently watering and doing everything I was supposed to do, it still didn't work. I waited three weeks then asked her back again to look at it and she said it had to be that my soil was poor. My lawn looked worse than before I hired her. I also ended up with weeds I hadn't had before.
This year I took it upon myself to do it and did what she was hired to do. I'm pleased to say my grass is growing nicely with the exception of a few areas. So bottom line...I was very dissatisfied and upset after spending so much money for nothing!

She charges a lot of money, stops coming site in the middle of the project. Gives you promises that will never deliver. She has less knowledge than she says has. She works during her ideal hours not communicative to the client so that they can expect her in a specific schedule or timeline, works hourly so at the end you will pay so much more than you’d pay to a professional for a an extremely poor quality she delivers. She doesn’t guarantee her project and as soon as she gets paid she doesn’t take any responsibility to finalize her project. She damaged an extremely beautiful landscaping, effected the site drainage so we had trouble all fall and winter. After she gets paid she doesn’t answer your phone calls.
