We had a nice enough showing with Ben, he was friendly. The process afterwards has been a nightmare. 3 different people emailing, no clarity on who gets what forms, one person thinking one application wasn't submitted and then the other thinking the other (cosigner) was not. And then spam junk from Mark on properties that had nothing to do with what we were lookkng for. Avoid at all costs, the star given is strictly for Ben being so amicable, nothing more frustrating than 3 people without communication trying to do a one person job

We bought our first home through Luke Rogers and could not be happier! Luke walked us through the process and was very honest and clear with us on the homes we saw! We are happy that he has always been a phone call away and appreciate that he stays in touch all these years later! Great service by Jim and Nicole. The sale of my property went so smoothly. Even the fact that I am located on Vancouver Island and the property was in Maple Ridge didn't cause any problems because Jim and Nicole were on top of all the details.

There seems to be no point in contacting this agent, directly or indirectly:
No reply at all to my three emails and messages over several weeks about a rental property that is allegedly ‘Professionally Marketed by Mark Murphy Brookside Realty Ltd Royal Lepage.’

The listing was still live, with info updated since my first enquiry.

"Hello, I am sorry that you were not contacted but emails are not 100% reliable and end up as spam. Please call him or our office directly and we will make sure you are contacted ASAP."

* If so, then why does RLP Brookside Realty solicit replies by email?

* What email filter management best practices does RLP Brookside Realty have in place to ensure emails do not end up in your spam folder?

* I called RLP Brookside Realty office a week after my first unanswered email and was told a message would be left for Mr. Murphy to contact me. He never did. I emailed info@brooksiderealty to follow up a second time and received no reply.

Landlord hired Mark Murphy from this realty company as a Property Manager fo the building I live in. So far I have not had any response to repairs needed in my suite and the water is now turned off and there has been no notice given to the Tenants about this! The only thing that Mark Murphy has done is try to harass me into paying the Landlord money that I do not owe, he is also encouraging non- Compliance with an Order given to the Landlord by the Residential Tenancy Branch.
Extremely poor communication and has not responded to overdue repairs needed!
Obviously this Property Manager does not have Tenants best interest in mind!

So now almost. Year later I am giving an update on my previous review, the REPAIRS are STILL NOT COMPLETED,
Mark Murphy has harassed me and now has falsely claimed that an RTB Order of Compensation owed to me has ended, when in fact the Landlord’s application was dismissed! To top things off Mark Murphy tried to sue me for defamation concerning previous review! When my statements are 100 percent true facts. Wow stay away from this so called property manager he is not trustworthy and obviously not professional!
