We have used Vetted a few times now, for a new furnace, A/C unit and to fix something. The response time is very quick, we are very happy with their work and they charge fair prices. When our old furnace quit one day in -30 degree weather, they came out right away and had it replaced the same day. When we had an issue with the furnace not running, they came within 2 hours (we live out of town) and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future if we have the need!

After waking up in the middle of the night to a cold house I had to find a new furnace. I called a couple places but Vetted was the only place that offered to come outside the city to give me an exact quote. I had my quote in hand same day and booked them a couple days later. The most important question they kept asking was "Do you have heat now?" I did have heat but not reliable. 3 days later I have worry free heat! They were kind, fast and very knowledgeable! 10/10 recommended.

After enduring a few hot summers, we finally decided to install air conditioning in our home and are thrilled we chose Vetted HVAC for the job! Our home has an unusual floor plan, so I was worried that we would be limited by our AC options. However, Darren guided us through the entire process and installed a system that we're extremely satisfied with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the team arrived on time and were extremely professional. We’ll likely need a new furnace in the next year, so we'll definitely be calling Darren and the team back!

Overall, highly recommend Vetted if you're hot (in your home) like me!

I must say I am very impressed with all the guys did ,they were very happy in their work and efficient, a job well done ! The unit was bought by us for cool air, but it also has two other features , warm up to -18 and a dehumidifier .
The first night after the installation it was cool, so we tried the heat and it worked great, can't wait for the hot weather .
