Our neighborhood has been under construction for a couple months now, and the entire time there has been nothing but issues. They show up to start work as early as 615am, every day. They destroyed our entire yard (only house in the neighborhood that happened to) that was about to be registered as a nature and pollinator safe have, their fuel trucker doesnt show up till midnight, there was workers pissing on equipment right next to the house because hamm never provided outhouses for the first couple months. And I have called or complained in person and have essentially been dismissed every time.

We currently have major construction work being done by Hamm in River Heights. Their workers have been doing an incredible job! Professional, courteous, keep us informed as to progress & our bins are placed out for pick up/returned to our homes. Keep up the good work. Much appreciated.

We got lost at were turning around; there employees started cursing at us, one of them held a knife at me while the other started provoking me to fight them. I called there office, jeff the manager told me that i mistakened it for a tool. Apperently i dont know what a 6 inch knife look like nor heard the guy right. Ps i have video jeff. Police comtact you soon.

Over this spring and summer Hamm Construction has been working on a very major replacement of water mains and home hookups in our are of the city. I have been tremendously impressed with the quality of the work, the minimum of water service interruption, the amazing politeness and thoughtfulness of each and every employee I have encountered or had to deal with, and the thoughtfulness of each employee when it has been necessary that they park equipment or materials on our street. The speed and efficiency with which Hamm has progressed on this job has been outstanding when compared to other contractors I have observed in the area. The city is certainly getting full value for its expenditures on this project.

The work done in my neighborhood was disruptive but necessary. The company did what it could to minimize the impact. Rehabilitation of existing infrastructure is complicated and time consuming. The workers were polite, punctual and friendly. The site was well secured and safety is obviously a priority.

For the past 4 months your crew has been working on extensive rebuilding of the infrastructure on our street. I have been very impressed with all aspects of the crew's courtesy, attitude and quality of work. This includes the total of the workmen on site. They kept us informed what was happening and quickly attended to any problems.
The worksite was kept clean and safety seemed to be a major issue in the way they managed the barriers and during the process of their workday.
Now they are gone it lookes like they were never here.

I don't usually leave reviews based off of how someone from the company drives, but in this case it was an INSANELY poor reflection on the company.

He tried to merge over in front of us, but didn't shoulder check as he almost hit us. When we hit our horn to warn him that he was about to cause an accident, he rolled down his window and flipped us off.

We followed alongside him with traffic on the highway north of town, and he was weaving in and out of traffic, several people honked at him and he just didn't care.

When someone is driving a car bearing your business, everything they do will reflect on that business. Train your drivers properly, and train your employees to be courteous, especially when they are in the wrong.

Terrible first impression of this company, will never in my life be one of my first choices.

Edit: Was considering upping to two stars due to the singular positive interaction I had with your crew, but I couldn't shower this morning. You seriously couldn't have doled out a notice any of the days water would be temporarily off? Why on earth do you guys do it in the morning when people are getting ready for work?

Road looks good, despite taking several days past your eta. We will chalk it up to weather, stuff happens.

Glad this is the last of you guys around here. Thanks for all the work, but not necessarily handled the best throughout. I'm beyond frustrated. Bye. ?

You do not get to prevent us from parking in our parking spots, or from using the sidewalks we actively live off. Stop it. Keep it contained to the road and not our walks space. (Or, fallen over and disregarded for an entire day.)
Why is there no one there on a work day?
Why are you guys standing around so frequently doing nothing?
When is the eta of ave g and surrounding areas?

And WHY. WHY is there ABSOLUTELY no way through several blocks, when literally no construction is taking place for approximately a week?

Be professional and stop disrupting our lives when not actually necessary, please and ty.
