I cannot say enough good things about Fire & Flood Saskatoon. July 1/2024.. I Janis manager of the Jubilee motor Inn in Davidson woke up to a major flood in our downstairs rooms. I called Fire & Flood. The best call I made. I need to thank Shawn... Amanda..Don.and all the different work crews that have been working very hard to get our rooms back up and running. The work this company has done and the amazing renovations they have accomplished are so great and done very efficiently and faster then I thought they would be done. There bosses should realize what great workers they have and how hard they worked. Again I thank everyone that was involved in the restoration work. Shawn was quick on getting it started and Amanda knows her job very well and Don was great at getting the construction part done. I can’t say enough great things about Saskatoon Fire and Flood! They recently put my basement and bathroom back together after some damage, and the entire experience was top-notch. Jeff and Mick were absolute standouts on the team.

Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. He was always available to address any concerns, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and customer care were truly impressive.

Mick’s craftsmanship was equally amazing. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he even went out of his way to handle extra details that weren’t originally part of the job. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it really shows in the finished product.

Thanks to the entire team at Saskatoon Fire and Flood for their hard work and professionalism. My basement and bathroom look better than ever, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

Pam from the office helped me navigate the whole process of restoration after a house fire so I didn't have to worry a bit. Was more helpful than insurance themselves. Rob was the project manager for the repairs and took great care of me and the house! Every little thing I requested got taken care of almost immediately! Place looks better than before now!

We (and especially the kids) were SO impressed with the new playground there, and even more impressed to see that Saskatoon Fire & Flood put in all the hard work to build it. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent this company is at cleaning up flood damage, doing everything to code, communication with us was fantastic all the way until the everything looked new again. These things made a huge difference given how stressful the situation was.

On January 5th, 2024, my mother's house that we were preparing to sell got flooded badly from a city water main bursting. It filled up the basement 43" high, submerged the furnace, ruined a newly renovated bathroom and all contents are destroyed. We were devastated.

The SFF crew swooped in immediately (not exaggerating) to start cleanup once the city water supply got shut off. They let us know all the details of the plan and how much it all will approximately cost. They worked with me to let me pick the materials for the rebuild and always reached out if they had any questions vs assuming anything.

They were very diligent with their work and completed the basement rebuild in about 3.5 months and it looks amazing.

As a result, the house was sold in less than 24 hours after it got listed.

This is the company you want when faced with a disaster.

The entire staff and associated trades people with Fire and Flood have been amazing. Huge kudos to Jeff (project manager), who was responsive day and night, patient with many questions, took initiative to follow-up and provided updates on progress. He helped with our frustration as we waited over seven weeks for our adjusters to get our approval through the system. Once the green light was given the team was amazing and fast to get the rebuild done. Nick (painter) was so clean and fast! The walls looked new. The whole team was coordinated, did beautiful, professional work, and completed everything in the time frame promised. You can tell everyone within the company communicates and coordinates well with each other.

A side note: in speaking with colleagues, and other trades people during this process, everyone commented how great Fire and Flood are to work with. We completely agree.
