Wow!! I was in a real bind. I live in Alberta. Have been unable to get to our property recently. It’s below freezing and I know the furnace isn’t on. The highway is in terrible shape and I don’t have my winter tires on yet. I called Green Door Property Management having never dealt with them before. Wow!! Spoke with Ben. He immediately went to our property to turn on the furnace and give the house a quick check. Went completely above and beyond expectations! We've been renting a property for two years. Their service is excellent. They seriously cared about concerns and feedback and it was great to have a middle person for any negotiations (e.g. new dishwasher, ...) with the owner.
Quick response time from their end, but unfortunately due to handyman shortage in the valley some bigger repairs were delayed.
