I can't say enough great things about the Pool Network. We worked directly with Eduardo and he was wonderful! So responsive and was able to handle ever item that came up. He even worked with me closely on a few changes I made throughout the project. Exceptional customer service. We worked the closest with Eduardo but the whole team that worked on our project were wonderful!

I had a Pool Heater installed today and I could not be happier with the results! The communication from this company is awesome. Got multiple text messages from them leading up to the appointment and the Tech arrived early! He would not leave until I was comfortable with operating my new high-tech heater! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Happy with the service that was provided but there was a lack of communication during the process.
Just requested service to repair my pool heater so I hope the communication is better.
Overall satisfied with how quick they solved my problem with my pool pump.

At first I was impressed but then when time for inspection was a no show so I rescheduled and the representative showed up and I took him around the side of the house and told him I needed to go inside to check on my wife who was recovering from a stroke because she needs someone 24/7 and that was told to the company when booking each appointment. I went back outside about 5 minutes later and the service representative was gone leaving no explanation or contact. I called the office and expressed my confusion and was told they would contact the representative and get back to me and asked for the second half of the $100 for their service. I got a call telling me I had a discharge leak and a cracked top and I would be getting an estimate and explanation. It’s been 30 days and nothing has come. So I guess they were just too busy for a little job. But did wait to send the other $50.

They have done an excellent job! From my initial walk in they promptly put together a very detailed proposal to relocate and replace an entire 2 pump system. Once we were scheduled, they were able to get very quickly on the project and did a great job. Thanks guys!
