Very disturbing how this developer can purchase all this land, then de-forest it! The forest beside the millennium trail behind where they are building is drowning bc the trees cannot absorb all the water now that there is less trees! The homes don’t fit the area, they are big and ugly! This developer should have stayed in Toronto! These homes are built for money laundering business!

Been living here 6 weeks now. Still under construction so mud and dust everywhere. Builder not to quick sorting deficiencies, so hoping the Tarion Warranty holds them to their promises prior to buying. I will say I so love my home, and love the relaxing area that has so much to offer. I do believe over the next year to two once developed will be a stunning place to live. Water everywhere, Wineries, and beautiful Prince Edward County on our door step. The local residents are so super friendly and we feel so at home here. 9 months in now and things coming together.. So happy that the grass went in and end of dust..Been here a year now and the development has slowly filled it. I have continued with the house landscaping the front, rear and adding a shed. Will start to work on the gardens next year. Well almost 2 years at the home. Builder still has items to sort. carried on with the landscaping and settled in now.

The quality of these homes is very questionable. The finishing work is inferior. No trim in the house looks finished. Everything has a flaw in it. Also, the city is charging a 100 premium to the base sewer charge. I will do my best to post photos but send me a message, and I would be happy to share. Been in the home for almost three months, and the house still has a list of 20 defects.

Any potential buyers from Briarwood homes need to be aware that they do not respect their own contracts. Their representatives are an absolute disaster to deal with. I’ll highly recommend you look elsewhere to purchase a pre construction home.

I, along with several hundred others, was conned by Brairwood Development Group, fell hook line and sinker. Bought here 2 years ago, apparently a legal purchase agreement isn't worth the paper it is on. They are now demanding another $200,000 or we have to walk away from the deal plus they moved the closing date another year and a half away. RUN RUN RUN away from here as fast as you can !!! Had to give 1 star to post unfortunately.

Beautiful homes all around.
Everything to your heart's desire, except trees, community and warmth.
Maybe in time, but for now just a slapped down want to be high end subdivision.
