Amazing builders and awesome people. Best of the best

John and Jamie ,it is disappointing to see that JS Custom Builders cut corners and do not build the house correctly. You had no paper underlayment on the house roof at the Cathedral ceiling .Just shingles on plywood.

I had to pay $6,000 for a roofer to redo your roof on the house where you had no paper underlayment. We could see plywood already

The Garage was completely done wrong. All shingles directly on plywood only. See picture

Here is what the Roofer said

Since the garage is finished and heated, having underlayment is really important, especially with lower sloped pitch.It provides an essential backup to keep moisture from reaching the wood deck if any water gets past the shingles, which helps prevent leaks and other long term issues
It also helps manage temperature and moisture levels inside ,which is especially valuable in conditioned space like this. The shingle handle most of the protection, but underlayment adds an extra layer of durability

I already had the issue with Mold in the garage because of builder issues that cost me $20,000 .

The property had no Tarion warranty coverage to save you guys insurance cost
