By far the worst developer. I would not recommend buying anything from them. We bought a unit in Kitchener and we've already spent thousands of dollars on repairs as things are falling apart (with some unknown and hard to find replacement parts).

We bought a Condo from Polocorp and were amazed about the quality service we got from them. Since the beginning the process went very smooth. Joseph and the whole team was ready to provide any answers to our questions. Moving time was during the pandemic and Polocorp make the process smooth. They did the best to make sure there was no delays. Highly recommend Polocorp.

I live in Downtown Kitchen area. My wife and I are renovating a century home. We were on the hunt for old bricks to finish our front porch project, we reached out to Polocorp to see if we could take some Bricks from a demo they were doing that matched our house. Joseph was great and granted us permission and best of all for free! Change is hard and we all know its coming in the the core of downtown.. I feel Polocorp has worked well with the local community. Buyer beware. Polocorp are excellent at over promising and under delivering. We had a very substandard experience with a new townhouse build in downtown Kitchener. From the sales experience through to after occupancy servicing, Joseph and team were extremely inflexible and difficult to deal with. We needed to constantly push them to commit to anything (COVID aside) and the quality of the townhouse build by A&F Greenfield Homes did not meet our expectations. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

A great two years has come to an end! Thank you to everyone at Polocorp Inc, including Lynda, Nicole, Leyla and Charlotte...just to name a few. I could not have rented from a better company!! If there was ever any problems, you were in constant contact with me to make sure everything was ok and to my liking. I really enjoyed my time there and met some great peole along the way.
