I live here, and it's awful! The driveway is a disgrace, people keep stealing parking spots, only one person maintaining, can hear everything the neighbors are doing and it gets annoying! People recently destroyed the mailboxes and nothing was done but replace them. The best thing they have done is add security cameras!

Terrible company. Terrible place to live. It’s a NEGATIVE 20 stars for me. Awful living conditions. Very very POOR property maintenance. Extremely rude customer service “skills”. This company has made multiple efforts to evict families*, especially in the WINTER months. Do NOT move here. Only 1 maintenance person; requests never get fulfilled. Black mold in units. The parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen; extremely neglected. If you want broken bones, come take a dicey walk through the parking lot OH and, be sure you clear out your parking spot with your own shovel. Circling back to the mold, if you do decide to live here, despite the many bad reviews, enjoy your everlasting cough. Because the mold doesn’t get properly addressed, just your typical “landlord special”, by covering it with many coats of paint. That’s just to chalk things up for you. Please do yourself and your family a favor and look elsewhere— I know times are desperate and the price seems appealing- but they will just turn around and make some bogus reason to evict you, to have new tenants move in, paying a higher price. Save yourself the medical conditions & live somewhere that actually respects you and your needs.

Easy to find units.

Seems to be lacking visitor parking, I couldn't see any designated spots.

Watch for ice/slippery spots, the design of the entrances wasn't thoughtful of Canadian winters.

Customer Service

Don't ever rent here. Landlords don't care about the units, bed bugs, black mould, no insulation in the walls and they are paper thin. You will regret moving in here and living here

Many repairs are needed, but seldom done. SIREG often does not respond to service requests. Many fences are broken or falling apart.

They have 1 matinence guy to 128 units that are in rough shape and need work. Parking lot is a disgrace.
