When I entered for the first time in the building, a small group of residents ready to go out, asked me if I was looking for Kim Campbell. Yes I was, and without any question from my side, I was told how friendly and knowledgeable the lady was. When I visited the building as a potential renter, I could appreciate the joyfulness and will to please and to explain everything all the way, by presenting the building as a great opportunity for an active and resourceful leaving.
Kim gave all information and presentation of an empty apartment, expected to be looking like a future one for me and with no hesitation, I trusted her.
Kim made her presence available the all time, returned my call when she was on her days off work, followed the process and facilitated the renting of my future apartment.
Kim also has a talent on promoting the building and I could measure how dedicated she is in her work and on caring for others.
Beside my gratitude, there is the biggest word she
deserves: Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Aya Hawari at 5220 Lakeshore Rd Burlington.
Her customer service is outstanding. She went above and beyond, taking us on a tour of the apartments and the building.
Her attention to detail, her patience and empathy in dealing with
someone who was overwhelmed with the volume of paperwork involved, was outstanding.
She is well organized, punctual and very respectful.
She has excellent communication skills and always available to answer questions.
She has a pleasant personality that immediately puts one at ease.
It has been a pleasure working with her and we highly recommend her to anyone who is apartment hunting.

This is my first time renting an apartment and Aya made this an absolutely seamless and wonderful experience. Her professionalism, continuous communication and kind demeanour allowed both my husband and I, to feel at ease with our decision to proceed. Five out of five is very easy to give Kim Campbell. She conducted herself professionally, always on time for meetings and still made time for me when needed. Kim was very personable, easy to spend time with and knowledgable at the same time. We were given a Tour of 5220 Lakeshore rental property by Aya Hawari. We must say we were very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail what we wanted. The property is Gorgeous and well maintained. Aya took the time to listen to our needs and explained everything very well. It was a pleasurable experience and she made us feel very comfortable around the property. We have seen a few properties but the professionalism and follow up by Aya exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with our choice of moving to Lakeshore Club, not only because of the number of amenities offered and our apartment itself, but, because of the great people working in the building. Specially, Maria, in charge of the cleaning. She is super professional, making the place looking spotless every day, and yet, so nice and caring; always making sure to help out when needed. Every visit we receive highlights how pleasing and elegant the building looks.
We couldn't' ask for a better welcome as new comers.
