We were there for 3 years and the place was well kept by the landlords! They've recently added outdoor amenities and made the place look comfortable! Places are modern and cozy.

Rittenhouse is an amazing place to stay at.

The management goes above and beyond for the residents, any requests and maintenance needed is always quickly acknowledged.

They really keep a warm and friendly atmosphere and make you feel like your living amongst friends and family. A quality trait that not many places have.

The area is absolutely beautiful with walking trails and plenty of parks nearby. Access to retail and grocery stores are only a walk away as it is right beside a plaza with essentials (food, gym and pharmacy).

The social rooms and amenities are great extras as well, they can be used by residents easily. The property is always clean inside and around the buildings.

The area and building is pet friendly and there is a nearby dog park only a ten minute walk away. The highways are easily accessible and is right along a great bus route for those who need transportation options.

I highly recommend this place for residency!

I resided here for over three years. Apartment units are very modern. Public areas are very well kept and clean. Past and present staff are very responsive, helpful, and do whatever they can to make your home comfortable here. Staff's efforts to organize events for residents gives this complex a great sense of community. Pet-friendly is a huge plus. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home in Kitchener!

The management at this location goes above and beyond any place I have rented. They are kind, responsive, and go that extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

They have only been here a few months but have put on great events for tenants and it was wonderful meeting my neighbours.

There had been some outstanding items that needed attention and this team jumped right on it.

I was thinking about seeking a new place later this year but am definitely staying on board now!

Very Friendly and professional management. Quick to respond as well as accomodating. Apartments are very clean and well kept.

Update ..after living for a while we noticed bug infestation (silverfish) .. floors are not properly sealed and so the bugs can move easily from one unit to another. Had we known this about the place we would not have agreed to move here. Abit disappointing for sure!

But overall the management is really good, apartments are kept well.

I've been here for almost a year and all I can say is that from moving into a 2 bedroom condo from a 4 bedroom century home, I was hesitant at first and a bit skeptical as it's been so long since I've been in an apartment like living situation. Now, I couldn't be more happier with the result of my choice to move in here. The management staff here have done everything they can to ensure that each tenant here is greeted with an open door policy as you can attest to seeing when they are in the office and can actually see that they are in the office. I've only had a minor issue here and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The building is always clean and well kept after and they even organized a Tenant Appreciation BBQ this fall to which they also asked that my son and I perform for. (The Father & Son Duo) - it was such a great idea and hope to have many more things like this upcoming. Can't see myself moving from here anytime soon!
