I can't imagine a better team to work with than 4GK Construction. Steven and his crew went above and beyond in the construction of my new home. Steven actively found ways to improve the project and reduce costs along the way. The crew was professional, polite, and kept the site clean. Ultimately things ended up over the estimates for time and budget but it was worth the level of quality and detail in the end result. I would trust 4GK with any construction project.

Steven and his crew at 4GK did an outstanding job on my Carport/Workshop. Everyday Steven would let me know what they planned on doing during the day, always having continuous dialogue and keeping me in the loop. He gave me some very good suggestions that improved on the appearance and also where I could save some money.
I am very happy with the final project; I finally have the shop of my dreams, and thanks to Steven and his crew for making it a reality.

We had Steven and his crew do a complete renovation of our chimney, including installation of a new zero clearance wood burning fireplace. Right from the beginning of our project we were impressed with the amount of communication and detail that we were included in. We received a plan that included timelines, with a list of all parties who would be working on the project. On the first day, Steven introduced us to his crew so we would know who would be coming. His crew were very friendly and professional and responded to our inquiries quickly. The sub-trades that 4GK hired did excellent work and were also very professional. Steven checked in regularly and kept us in the loop if there were going to be any delays. We were able to contact him easily by email, text, and phone and he was always quick to respond. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Steven and his crew.
