Since moving in, I have completely changed my impression of this apartment. For the past few months, I have been without laundry in my unit. They keep saying they will fix it, but nothing is being done. As well, we moved here as they claimed it was a non smoking building, but cigarette smoke wafts into my apartment from neighbouring balconies at all hours of the day and night. The smoke is so bad that I have repeatedly been woken in the wee hours by it. The building manager has stated she would call to address the laundry situation, but then didn't (more than once). She was also expected to attend my suite, but didn't show up or even call. I wish we had chosen another place to call home.

Great location, well-maintained and quiet building. Moved into a recently renovated, spacious 3 bedrooms unit with in-suite laundry. Everything was brand new. Very reactive maintenance team. Smooth remote application process and accurate descriptions. Carmen answered (and still answers) promptly and tirelessly to every email. Overall, it's been a great experience so far.

great apartment, great location! The only downfall in my personal experience is the smell of smoke, especially in the bathroom! Branka came in to do my inspection and she was awesome and very helpful. Hopefully someone will come soon to help me get rid of the smoke smell from previous tenants! Its getting on my clothes 🙁

I met Branka in the lobby of the 455 Maple Avenue after having set up our appointment earlier that week. Immediately I was impressed at her professional position, greeting and business attire. It was obvious that she takes great pride in how she presents herself and represents her company. One does not see this very often in a rental environment , typically potential tenants are shuffled about by a live in superintendent who generally does not present the location or area very well. This experience was going to be similar to those you would have if you were purchasing a condo. More real estate agent like than live in superintendent. I was presented 3 units all 2 bedrooms and was impressed with the building materials being used in the renovation as well as the effort to draw in a professional tenant base. Branka's knowledge of the area and what the Burlington down town core has to offer was bang on. Overall a great experience, Branka's efforts were well noted and I trusted in her content and appreciated the delivery and low pressure positioning of her companies properties. When I am ready would certainly come back for another view most likely in February.
