An absolute Alberta gem; we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at 350 Farms and was catered to by the fabulous staff and the beauty of this area. The Silent Sky Dome provided luxurious accommodations along with your own wood burning hot tub and nordic spa. Hard to find anything that compares to this wonderful experience, and we sincerely thank the folks at 350 farms for making our 20th a memorable experience.

EDIT* Owners now making up lies below that we asked for full refund or that we harassed their employee which is completely untrue and shows how desperate they are*

We booked their Reflections Geo Dome for our 12-year wedding anniversary. After reading their website, we were incredibly excited for a “private, elevated culinary experience”. An all-inclusive Glamping trip with great food sounded amazing.

The Geo Dome: When we arrived, we were greeted and taken to our Geo Dome. Upon entering our Dome, we immediately noticed the carpet in front of the bed was wet and had soaked my socks. We figured they had washed the carpet and initially did not think much of it. Into the evening it became very apparent that the wet carpet caused our Geo Dome to become incredibly muggy and humid, to the point where the bed even felt damp and all the windows were completely fogged by the time it became dark.

Dinner/Breakfast: They advertise on the website a “private dining space” but what they really mean is a long table family style dinner where you will be seated with complete strangers and not have any privacy at all. We were celebrating our anniversary and expecting a private dinner as per their own website description.
They promote a chef prepared 3 course meal. At the time of booking, I saw the photos of the food on their website and reviews previous guest had posted with food that looked delicious. Unfortunately, this was nowhere near what we received. Our appetizer was chips and salsa. Store bought La Cocina tortilla chips and store-bought salsa. Our main course was rice, refried beans and an enchilada which were very mediocre and a disappointment. (See photo). We thought for sure breakfast would be better, but we were wrong. For breakfast we were provided with Croissants, jam, strawberries, Nutella, canned whip cream, and aunt Jemima syrup (see photo)… Nothing else, no bacon or eggs or anything despite requesting savory on our preference form. We paid $648 for one night and the food was nowhere near this price point.

Other complaints:
-Our site did not have a wood burning fire pit but instead a gas burning fire place inside of the netted gazebo. Unfortunately, despite trying for over 20 minutes to get the fireplace lit, we determined the ignition was not working. It was disappointing to not have a fire at night.
-Their website specifically states “From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with Prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries”, however, after we booked our stay, it was further clarified that you may not actually get the chocolate covered strawberries and instead may receive a single wrapped chocolate which is what we received. (see photo). While this was not in itself a big deal initially, it was the beginning of multiple disappointments and inaccuracies from their website.

-Their website states “Private Shower House & Bathroom (5-minute scenic walk)”. Again, I feel this was very misleading. The toilet and shower are shared between all guests who are staying there and it’s located in a metal shack with no real lock with a door you just use a hook to close. I would barely call this privacy as anyone walking by can actually see through the 1-inch gap in the door.

While eating our croissant breakfast on the day of check out, we actually received an email from 350 farms stating “We feel we didn’t quite live up to the experience we normally deliver, and as a warm thank you, we’d like to offer you $400 off any stay you choose in the future.” (see screenshot) This was before we had said anything and we felt a sense of relief in knowing the owners must have realized this experience was not what they had promised on their website.

I reached out directly to the owners in response to their email, and although we appreciated the gesture of a $400 credit, we felt a partial refund was more appropriate given we were only provided a partial experience that they themselves admitted not living up to.

The owners were rude throughout the emails and unable to take responsibility but instead made excuses.

Owners were THE BEST! So attentive. They made our stay so special. The standout moment was the card and gift for the road. We felt so good knowing they thought of our drive home - the gift made it even easier. One of those things they don't have to do, but do anyway! Such a treat to spend 3 days being pampered by this amazing team. Makayla was also so sweet and kind. The Alpaca's steal the show. We were the only couple in residence and let me tell you - having an entire retreat to yourself is surreal. It was mid week. Weather was great. Book Silent Sky as it has a sauna and hot tub.

My husband and I came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We stayed in the dome and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The wood fire hot tub and sauna was a 10/10 experience. This was the perfect way for us to have a vacation out in nature, but the all inclusive aspect allowed us to really relax as well. The food was delicious and fresh, and the family who owns the farm were such great hosts with good conversation and warm hospitality. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this gem that's only 3 hours from Edmonton and are looking forward to booking here again, next time with our kiddos.

My husband and I booked this place for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. Everything about our stay was fantastic. We booked the all inclusive package. Everything from the drinks and food selections to accommodations and the scenery were lovely. The hosts were so hospitable and really went the extra bit to connect. The food was amazing. Being able to stay there with nature and not needing to think about anything was so relaxing. We will be going back several times!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We went last year as well and there have been many improvements and add ons! Love the mazes, they were so fun and such a good add on! The market was super lovely as well, we got some delicious chocolates and got to pet the most adorable puppies while we waited to get into the forest! My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed it. Actors did an amazing job and really make the experience so fun! We will definitely be back with more family and friends! ☺️

June 3rd we were messaged that we had won a 2 night stay for their birthday bash. I was over the moon and so excited to win this. We had been the year before and loved it. Had a few bumps but nothing to not make us come back. I never win anything. It came at such a great time, we were needing a break from life and it was also mine and my husband's 30th anniversary. I messaged back right away with no response. I called a few days later and spoke to Kasey, who wasn't sure about my questions so was told to message Sarah. I then felt like I got my hand slapped because I was asking the same questions. I had questions as to whether there were any restrictions. There were none. Perfect. We were pretty open for dates so I asked what dates the silent sky was available. Was told they can't look up the dates so I would have to go in and find dates. I did find dates but was then told that silent sky isn't available on weekends, yet it's available on line and remember I was told there was no restrictions. I went back and forth from June 3 to June 25 where Kasey said the next availability was July 30. I replied that we would book that please but never got a response. I gave up! I was defeated, frustrated and appalled at the lack of customer care. Great way to keep your customers happy. You definitely need to work on your customer service and communication. Jumping through hoops in life these days is one thing but having to jump through hoops to book something we won is absolutely ridiculous. I don't think we could feel any more unwanted.

To your response. You were not fully booked AT all. You gave me a date, I responded. And nothing from you. I am so confused. Your response is a complete lie. It 100% warrents a 1 star. Threatened you? How? When?
