What a stressful yet wonderful and exciting time!

We sold our house and moved to a new one, the tangible feeling of bitter sweet emotions, all wrapped up with tensions and wonderful memories! I'm glad that we only needed to worry about our own accumulated stuff over the years, Pam with 3% Realty Progress took care of the rest.

Grateful for her experience and knowledge base. Proud to have her on our side seeing things on our behalf, things that could have been missed and a disaster on hind sight.

Very professional with her dealings and her communicating, she responds promptly, up front and respectful.

Settling into our new home, we found some minor discrepancies, we informed her of the situation and she dealt with it immediately, we couldn't ask for more, SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!

From our very first telephone conversation Harmony Lamoureux was the realtor for us.
She went out of her way to meet with me, coming in from out of town to do so because of my time constraints.
She unfortunately had to mediate between my brother and myself, which she did with the utmost professionalism.
We signed with her November 9/20 and had an offer Dec 7/20.
The new owners took possession January 11/21.

Cannot get any of the three agents listed as working at this office to answer a single question about a property. When we inquired about viewing one of their listings we were told to go on our own with only the directions listed on the MLS listing. Drove 1.5 hours from Edmonton to see it and the snow was so high so we couldn’t see a thing. The main road had snow so high I was pushing it with my car and nearly got stuck. We weren’t even sure we saw the right property because there was no indication whatsoever that it was for sale. We asked if it could be plowed to view again and were told snow removal would only be considered if we buy the property. Couldn’t get any additional information despite asking three agents multiple times for clarification if what we drove to was in fact the property. Felt like we weren’t worth anyone’s time. Now I understand why their listings have been on the market so long.
