The move in process was very smooth and everyone I’ve dealt with so far have been great. Aya was the initial contact that showed me the unit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made time out of her day to accommodate me outside of normal hours. She also ensured that I had a concern of mine addressed promptly. Very happy with everything so far.

Aya Hawari showed me suites at 150 Allan and 265 Reynolds. Neither was suitable for me, even though the Reynolds suite was very appealing. The absence of AC was the deal-breaker. Throughout, Aya was helpful and forthcoming, without making me feel I was under pressure to make a deal. She answered all my questions frankly and understood my stance on AC. It was a pleasure to meet her.

I am living g in this building for three years. What a difference since Tatiana came. she does an amazing job and is a very loving and caring person. The building has never been so clean until she came. I highly recommend her she is a five star.

This building is looked after by the amazing team of Jaafar and Tatiana. Jaafar promptly attends to all requests and completes repairs efficiently and professionally. Tatiana works in a conscientious manner and always cheerful with a smile on her face. They are both friendly and approachable. They make living here a joy.

I've lived in this building for a year and have had a very positive experience. The building is well managed and the cleanliness is amazing, thanks to Tatiyana. She takes care of the entire building's cleanliness and is prompt to respond to any inquiries or escalations. She is very hard working and a complete rock star!

Likewise, Jafar manages the operational requests very well and takes care of things even before they become a problem. He is skilled and hard working and that reflects in his superb work ethics.

Tatiana is in charge of the building at 265 Reynolds Street. I live in the building and I can tell you that it is a great place to live because it is very clean, well maintained and nice people around. Tatiana is the most friendly and beautiful being around.

These people are dirty scum bag leeches with 0 empathy for anybody! A death occurred in one of these apartments and instead of the landlord sending condolences all they asked for WAS FOR MY FAMILY TO PAY THE MONTHY RENT OR WE CANNOT TAKE THEIR THINGS!!! Thank God for the police officer who let us take their belongings (wow, a human with empathy, must be hard for you guys?) Absolute scum bags to let this landlord do what he did. Good on you guys!!!!
