Lived here for a week now. The process from booking a tour, to signing the lease was very smooth and professional. Shayan was consistently on the ball throughout the process, and was prompt and helpful.
The unit was very clean on move-in, and maintenance requests have been mostly fulfilled quickly. Sound insulation between neighbouring units is also very good. Clean and quiet neighbourhood next to Locke St is a huge plus.
Only complaint is the lack of central A/C. The included portable A/C is effective for the living room but the bedrooms are quite hot.
