Clean,modern,spacious and well maintained. Gym in the basement,close to Downton which is SUPPOSED to be a mecca of culture and art soon..so get in the location while you can - and the price is affordable and all inclusive utilities. Prime Real estate of the future.. honestly,the open space and size of the apartments are amazing.

we have lived in this building for 6 years now the cleaning, maintenance staff are always glad to give you a hand when you ask they are friendly and courteous. They have redone the driveway painting of newlines and numbers on the parking places. Their is also a brand new media room and there is also a spot for dog litter bags provided on the pole outback of the building. Other staff members are always glad to see and talk with you. We have an exercise room which is clean and always locked brand new washers and dryers. Beautiful flowers planted out back in the flower box. Place is kept very clean

I have lived in this building for ten years. I am a single person and living here has been a very pleasant and safe experience. I have made quite a few friends through out the years, some have gone due to increase in their family, but, I'm still friends with them. My experiences living at 125 College Avenue South, have been fantastic, and the building managers are always ready to help you with any problems or questions you may have. I also have enjoyed the picnics they put for the tenants from all their buildings in the summer, they sure are fun filled not only for the adults but the activities they provide for the children of the tenants. This is a very family friendly building. The laundry room facilities are all brand new, the exercise room is great, and the new media room makes you feel like you're in a classy movie theater. We also have lockers downstairs for the extra stuff we all accumulate. LOL
We are close to Bayside Mall, bus terminal, downtown, bus stops either way just a couple of minutes walk, pharmacies, convenience stores, gas station, hair salons, and lets not forget the St. Clair river and the beautiful waterfront with beautiful flowers in the spring, summer and fall, it is a gorgeous place to walk around or just sit on the many benches or go on a boat trip with live music all summer long, it's just a 7-10 minute walk from our building.
There's also every Wednesday and Saturday a farmers market just minutes away with an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers, butcher shops, you name it, it's there. The Bluewater bridge to the US is just fifteen minute drive. I could go on, but, I'm sure you get the picture. Come and join our big family! 🙂

I live in this building and have been here for 10 years. my wife and i really love this location for so many reasons. we have a small park nearby to walk dogs and are allowed to have both dogs and cats in the building. there are schools, and churches nearby and even a community market. our building is close to bus routes and the bus terminal downtown, the sarnia arena, and many restaurants, also there are pharmacies and the hospital is very close too. the new art gallery and art walk is growing downtown. almost any day you can see someone you know downtown. there are many cafes. many young musicians play and artists display in neighbouring venues. also the building is near to the bluewater bridge and the st.clair river and both are moments away from shopping in the united states. another favourable element is quick and easy access to the highways.

the apartments are spacious, well lit with lots of windows, facing the north, south , east and west. the corner units have a cross breeze in the spring and fall. there is privacy from other tenants and the building is quiet and secure. at the front security entrance there are gardens in the spring , summer and fall which enhance the building's surroundings. there is in the building a media room,with a large tv and other amenities where tenants can congregate and even have a potluck , a fitness room, there are storage areas and visitor parking outside with security cameras in the parking lot.

all things considered 125 college street south is a pleasant and welcoming place to reside and is surely worth your considering making it your home too.

My friends and I have moved into the apartment on College Av. S with the help of Mr. Kamalpreet (Property Manager)of CLV group. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment, which is very beautiful and has sufficient space. We are quite happy to be staying in this place as the staff of CLV group have been very friendly and address to all our concerns immediately. We are international students and so it is really not easy to find a suitable place to live in at economic cost. But Mr. Kamalpreet has been very friendly, kind and patient enough with us. The place is kept clean and maintained really well. We are happy to be living here and consider ourselves fortunate to have met really good people.
